The factory is specialized in developing and producing all kinds of scarfs, shawls, and beachwear items.
The factory occupies the land of about 1000m2, the building occupies about 1000m2. The production capacity of scarves, shawls, and beachwear depends on the type of product.
Inspection
Once the finished fabric placed in respective order wise rack, then next procedure is to inspect the goods. Inspection is necessary to find out that any problems occurred after fabric gone through various process.
Cutting & Stitching
Once the finished fabric inspected it will send to cutting department, for cutting. Cutting size will be depend upon the order wise. Production Manger / Merchandise will issue one challan of cutting goods with the size details and total quality wise details. According to that the cutter and sticher will cut the the goods and stitch the goods.
Quality Assurance
Once all the goods being cut, stitch and trimmed it will go for the final checking table for checking and to find out the final errors, such as colour shade, printing design and colours, size, edges stitching, boing problem, fringes size etc. While checking all the ok goods keeps side and rejected goods again sent for remaking.
Packaging
Once all goods being checked it will go for the attaching of trims to the goods. Each and every piece has to be tagged with price tickets, Hangtag, Hanger or Rings. Once all the trims attached to the piece goods ready for the packing. Packing will be single piece poly bag or may be multiple quantity polybag. It is depending upon the order details given by buyer. QC or factory manager will give the data sheet of each order which contains the packaging details. Whether it is single piece pack or multiple prepack. This datasheet also shows the tickets, hangtags, ring, hangers details according to orders. Good will be packed according to this data sheet.
